Returns & Exchanges 

Relax Lacrosse Brand accepts returns and Exchanges of all full price purchases, unworn and unwashed merchandise within 14 days of the receipt of your order. All purchases on discount are final sale and you can’t return or exchange them.

Return Shipping Costs

Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for US customers.

We do not refund original or return shipping costs. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages, some orders may experience customs delays, and we have no control over these delays.

International Customers – Please allow extra time for your orders to pass through customs. Relax Lacrosse Brand is not responsible for any import duties or taxes which may apply, or for any consequent delays that these may create. If your package has arrived in the destination country and you have not received it, we suggest you contact your local postal service or customs office for further information.

 

Taxes & Duties

International Customers – Orders shipped outside the U.S. will be delivered on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, and the recipient is responsible for paying all international customs and clearance related duty/tax. Relax Lacrosse Brand is not responsible for payment of this duty. Please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you, regulations and guidelines differ by country.
